Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kar-Life Battery website at karlifebattery.com and any related services, including quote requests, online ordering, pay-by-text, and same-day local delivery (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who We Are

Kar-Life Battery Inc. is an Arizona corporation operating two battery retail locations in Phoenix and Mesa. References to “Kar-Life Battery,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Kar-Life Battery Inc.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service or purchase from us.

Quote Requests Are Not Orders

Submitting a quote request, contact form, or delivery-area inquiry through our website does not create a contract of sale. A quote is an offer to discuss pricing and availability. A sale is created only when (a) we and you both confirm the specific battery and price and (b) we receive payment or you complete checkout in store or through pay-by-text.

Pricing, Availability & Errors

We work hard to keep prices, specifications, photos, and inventory accurate, but errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, refuse or cancel an order, and limit purchase quantities, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, core charges, and delivery fees unless explicitly stated.

Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and, where available, by buy-now-pay-later providers (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay). You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total order, including any applicable taxes, core charges, and delivery fees.

Returns & Warranty

All returns and manufacturer-defect warranty claims are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

Local same-day delivery and in-store pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the site for any commercial purpose other than purchasing batteries from us (e.g., scraping, automated data collection, or unauthorized resale).
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the security or operation of the site.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Infringe on our intellectual property or that of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, the “Kar-Life Battery” name, and the “BATT-MAX” brand — is the property of Kar-Life Battery Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may link to third-party websites, services, or content (for example, Google Maps, DoorDash tracking pages, manufacturer reference articles, or payment-provider checkout pages). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms or your purchase from Kar-Life Battery shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
